"Update 2025: I recently purchased my first home. Ms. Tracy M. at Mr. Sutton's State Farm office assisted me this time around, and has been an invaluable help in taking extra time helping me get even more discounts, as I have been a long-term State Farm customer. As of my last review, I can't really speak more highly of Scott and his team. I have been with him for a long time, and I even tried another Insurance company briefly, only to be disappointed and come right back. I love that I can call and always get help while feeling like I'm talking to someone who actually cares about not just my insurance coverage but my personal and financial well-being as well. I've never felt they charge too much for their services. If you're needing any kind of insurance, I definitely would give them a call and see what they can do for you. 2022 review: Visited today to do a review of my insurance options with Scott and he took the extra time to make sure I understood all my options and what each covered and did not. I currently carry auto and renter's insurance with State Farm and find them to be a great company with great customer service. People like Scott who are willing to break it down for you and make it less stressful really help when making important decisions regarding insurances. If you are in this area, I recommend letting him help you with any of your insurance needs and questions."
